If the sneaker you ordered doesn't fit or you don't like the design after all, you can return it within 30 days. The return process is simple and straightforward - just follow these steps:

1. register your return
➤ Log in to our registration area with the email address you used to place your order
➤ Select the order you would like to return
➤ Follow the instructions and request your DHL return label

2. pack the goods securely
➤ The sneaker must be returned in the original box with shoe paper and all extras
➤ The goods must not show any signs of use, creases or other defects
➤ Pack the shoe box in a shipping box to avoid damage

3. send the parcel
➤ You will receive the DHL return label by email
➤ Take your parcel to the nearest DHL branch or Packstation
➤ Keep the shipping receipt until the refund is issued

4. receive a refund
➤ As soon as we have received and checked the return, the refund will be made within 5-8 working days
➤ The refund will be made to the originally selected payment method

✔ Return costs: We only cover return costs within Germany
✔ No return possible if: The shoe is worn, damaged or without original packaging
