How do I return my order?

You can cancel orders from Germany, Switzerland or Austria within 30 days of receipt and return them to us via DHL etc.

Register at account.cls-store.com with your email address. There you can view your order and register a return. As soon as the return is registered, a DHL return slip will be sent to you by email.

Please make sure that you return the shoe in new condition. If the sneaker has obvious creases in the leather from prolonged wear, a dirty sole or other signs of wear, we cannot accept the return.
